Job Summary
DNA Academy is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Current Affairs Tutor to train students preparing for competitive examinations such as AIIMS NORCET, DHS, PSC, SSC, Railway, Banking, and other Government Exams. The ideal candidate should have excellent subject knowledge, engaging teaching skills, and the ability to simplify current events for students. Competitive exam coaching institutes typically seek faculty who can deliver engaging classes, prepare exam-oriented content, and keep students updated with the latest developments.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging offline Current Affairs classes.
- Explain national, international, economic, science & technology, sports, and government scheme updates.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly current affairs notes.
- Conduct quizzes, mock tests, and revision sessions.
- Create MCQs and exam-oriented study materials.
- Connect current affairs with competitive exam questions.
- Monitor student performance and provide guidance.
- Stay updated with the latest news and exam trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Current Affairs and General Awareness.
- Prior teaching experience in competitive exam coaching is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Malayalam.
- Basic English communication skills are an added advantage.
- Ability to prepare quality study materials and conduct interactive sessions.
Preferred Skills
- Experience teaching PSC, SSC, Banking, Railway, or Nursing Officer exam aspirants.
- Strong analytical and content creation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex topics.
- Confident classroom management skills.
- Familiarity with PowerPoint and digital teaching tools.
