Data Management involves the process of collecting, storing, organizing, and maintaining data. It ensures that data is accurate, accessible, and secure. The goal is to support decision-making, improve efficiency, and comply with regulations by effectively handling data throughout its lifecycle. Primary skillsets often include Data Engineering with AWS. In this role you will drive successful implementations of the Process Mining Projects using Celonis technology in order to meet customer requirements, accelerate time to first value and drive measurable business impact. You will work with Clients from Fortune 500 companies across various industries to help them kick-start their process mining journey and drive process excellence across their organization. You would act as process expert during the project phase and help the team in providing meaningful insights to the clients during the engagement.
What are we looking for? • Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or another related field • Minimum 2+ years of work experience in handling process mining tools like Celonis, ProcessGold, Minit, QPR Process Analyzer, Kofax etc • Minimum 5+ years of work experience in handling Processes like Purchase to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report or other relevant processes • Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Treasury, Banking or insurance is a strong plus • 5+ years in Project management / process improvement / technology consulting, professional services, or software services/implementations • Strong analytical skills, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems • Strong communication skills; ability to explain solutions in person and in writing
Roles and Responsibilities: • Own & deliver the overall project as the project manager • Manage entire project lifecycle end-to-end, manage project Stakeholder engagement • Responsible for delivering on all project related KPIs • Play an integral role of Process expert during the implementation of process mining technology to our clients • Help Clients in driving significant business outcomes and ROI by leveraging the insights uncovered through Process Mining • Collaborate with senior level executives, process owners and technical teams to understand their requirements and translate them into technical requirements • Working with technical team in analyzing the Client’s As-Is process as per the KPIs defined by the clients and create meaningful insights to our clients • Conduct in-depth root cause analysis for all the variations and develop actionable recommendations for the client • Conduct value realization exercise and design a business case for all the insights developed • Present recommendations and business case to senior level executives and other customer teams • Organize and lead onsite customer workshops (if any)
