Akshar Yoga Kendraaa, is a 20+ year old organisation founded by Himalayan Siddhaa Akshar. We are an internationally recognized institution that is officially accredited by the Yoga Certification Board (YCB) under the Ministry of Ayush, Government of India.
Rooted in the ancient wisdom of the Himalayas and guided by Himalayan Siddhaa Akshar, we've spent over a decade building a home for authentic yogic education — through teacher trainings, retreats, wellness programs, and a community that now spans the globe.

The Opportunity
We're looking for someone who understands that every design tells a story.
Beyond creating things that look good, you'll help shape how Akshar Yoga Kendraa is seen — across social media, our website, workshops, teacher trainings, events, presentations, and print. Your work keeps our visual identity consistent, memorable, and true to what we stand for.

What You'll Do
- Keep our visual identity consistent across all digital and offline platforms
- Design assets for social media, websites, campaigns, events, workshops, retreats, and teacher trainings
- Work with our Social Media & Growth Manager to bring campaign ideas to life visually
- Work with the team to keep a cohesive style across videos, thumbnails, and motion graphics
- Design brochures, presentations, banners, merchandise, signage, certificates, and event materials
- Come up with creative concepts, provide inputs to evolve our brand guidelines, prepare designs for both digital and print, keeping quality high across both
- Stay updated on design trends, branding practices, and AI-powered creative tools
We're Looking for Someone Who
- Has 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, brand design, or visual communication
- Has a strong portfolio showing branding, campaign design, and visual storytelling
- Understands how design shapes perception and engagement
- Is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma
- Can balance creativity with strategic thinking
- Pays close attention to detail and consistency
- Enjoys working with marketing, content, and leadership teams
- Is curious, proactive, and always looking to improve
Bonus Points
- Experience building or evolving a brand identity system
- Experience designing for wellness, education, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
- Knowledge of motion graphics, illustration, or basic animation
- Experience with AI-powered creative tools
- A genuine interest in yoga, wellness, or mindful living
