Key responsibilities:
1. End-to-end hiring: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
2. Maintaining job posting on portals.
3. Organizing and coordinating HR events and initiatives, such as training programs and team-building activities.
4. Assisting and handling monthly payroll processing.
5. Maintaining employee records and HR MIS reports.
6. Maintaining employee files in both physical and digital formats.
7. Preparing welcome letters, and offer letters.
8. Managing exit formalities and full-and-final settlements.
9. Managing new employee documentation and verification.
Pay: ₹10,851.72 - ₹22,133.77 per month
