Job Description:
We are looking for a confident, energetic, and result-oriented International Sales Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional English communication skills and strong convincing abilities, as the role primarily involves interacting with potential clients and generating business opportunities through calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company services
- Generate and qualify leads from international markets (US, UK,etc.). Identify prospective clients through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, and other channels.
- Handle customer inquiries and maintain regular follow-ups
- Generate and qualify leads
- Maintain professional and confident communication with clients
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client handling
Requirements:
- Experience selling services to US, UK, or other international markets.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory
- Strong verbal communication, fluency, confidence, and professional speaking etiquette
- Ability to handle and convert leads effectively
- Basic knowledge of CRM or lead management processes
- Candidates with experience in Digital Marketing, IT Services, or Website Development sales.
Location: Vivek Khand 2, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
