We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecalling Executive to connect with dealers, distributors, farmers, and agriculture retailers for promoting our range of Plant Growth Regulators (PGR), Bio-Stimulants, Pesticides, and Agricultural Products.
The candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of agriculture products or agrochemical sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to dealers, distributors, retailers, and farmers.
- Explain product benefits, schemes, and offers clearly.
- Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
- Maintain customer database and daily call records.
- Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and field support.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic product-related queries.
- Build long-term relationships with agriculture clients.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
