Job Title: Sales Manager – Glow Garden
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our business at Glow Garden. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and building strong relationships with clients, especially in malls, tourism projects, and entertainment spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Glow Garden projects
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Present product concepts and proposals to clients
- Negotiate commercial terms and close agreements
- Coordinate with design and operations teams for project execution
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Travel for client meetings and site visits when required
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in entertainment, mall leasing, or tourism-related projects
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand client requirements and offer customized solutions
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
Preferred Qualifications:
- Sales Experience working with Electrical Lighting sectors like malls, amusement parks, or tourism departments
- Good network in Government sectors and private sectors
Compensation:
- Competitive salary + incentives based on performance
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
