Job Summary: The AVP – Civil Engineering will provide strategic leadership for the company's construction portfolio, overseeing project delivery, operational excellence, resource planning, and organizational growth across residential and commercial developments.
Qualifications:
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Master's Degree preferred).
- 20–25+ years of experience in real estate construction.
- Strong leadership experience in managing large high-rise residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall construction and project delivery function.
- Develop and implement project execution strategies.
- Ensure optimum utilization of resources across projects.
- Drive quality, safety, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on business growth and project expansion plans.
- Mentor and develop senior project leadership teams.
Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
