Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, versatile Growth & Operations Intern to join our core team. This is a hybrid role blending marketing, user acquisition, and day-to-day business operations. You will work directly with leadership, making a tangible impact on our daily metrics and user growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance Marketing: Assist in planning, setting up, and optimizing paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.) to drive high-quality leads.
- Cold Outreach & B2B Growth: Identify potential partners or high-value leads and execute cold outreach strategies (Email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp) to expand our market footprint.
- Core Operations: Manage day-to-day operational workflows, track user loan applications, coordinate with lending partners, and ensure a smooth user journey.
- Data & Analytics: Monitor campaign performance, track conversion rates, and maintain operational dashboards to help iterate on our growth strategies.

- Prior experience or a deep interest in fintech, lending, or finance is a huge plus.
