We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who is eager to build a career in digital advertising and performance marketing.
The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of paid advertising platforms, strong analytical skills, and an interest in creating and optimizing campaigns that drive measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, launching, and managing paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and track key metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, conversions, and ROAS.
- Support audience research, targeting, segmentation, and retargeting activities.
- Conduct basic keyword, competitor, and market research.
- Assist in optimizing campaigns based on performance data.
- Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad creatives and campaign requirements.
- Prepare campaign performance reports and share actionable insights with the team.
- Support A/B testing of ad creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.
- Work closely with senior marketing team members to execute growth and customer acquisition strategies.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, Paid Advertising, or a related field.
- Basic hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Understanding of digital advertising concepts such as CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, conversions, and ROAS.
- Basic understanding of audience targeting and campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with data and identify performance trends.
- Willingness to learn, experiment, and take ownership of assigned campaigns.
Educational Qualification
MBA / BBA / B.Com / MCA / B.Tech or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business, Technology, or a related field.
