About the Role
Siddhim Global School is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychology Graduate to join our residential boarding school as a Values Educator and Student Wellbeing Mentor. This is a unique opportunity for individuals passionate about child development, character building, student wellbeing, and holistic education.
The selected candidate will undergo a one-month residential training program in Bangalore before being deployed to our campus in Rajasthan.
This is a residential position requiring the candidate to live on campus and actively engage with students beyond classroom hours.
Key ResponsibilitiesValues Education
- Conduct Values Education (Valuism) sessions for students.
- Facilitate activities focused on character development, ethics, emotional intelligence, and life skills.
- Support students in developing positive habits, discipline, and self-awareness.
Student Wellbeing & Mentorship
- Monitor the emotional, social, and behavioural wellbeing of students on a daily basis.
- Build meaningful relationships with students and provide guidance and support whenever required.
- Identify students requiring additional emotional or behavioural support and coordinate with school management.
- Maintain regular observations and wellbeing records.
Residential Boarding Responsibilities
- Stay on campus and participate in the daily life of the boarding community.
- Act as a mentor, guide, and responsible adult for students residing in the hostel.
- Support students during study hours, activities, meals, and other residential programs.
- Ensure student safety, discipline, and overall wellbeing.
Academic Support
- Assist with teaching responsibilities whenever required.
- Take classes in subjects such as English, Social Science, or other assigned subjects in the absence of regular teachers.
- Support academic and co-curricular activities of the school.
Parent & School Coordination
- Collaborate with teachers, wardens, and school leadership regarding student development.
- Participate in meetings, training programs, and school events.
Training
- Mandatory one-month training in Bangalore before joining the school.
- Training will cover Values Education, student mentoring, wellbeing practices, and residential school responsibilities.
Working Conditions
- Residential boarding school role.
- Six days per week with active involvement in student life throughout the day.
- Candidates should be comfortable living and working within a boarding school environment.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
