Techbro Engineering Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for experienced HVAC Engineers / HVAC Designers to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HVAC system design, engineering calculations, equipment selection, and preparation of 2D/3D design deliverables for Industrial, Commercial, and Oil & Gas projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design HVAC systems for commercial, industrial, and Oil & Gas projects.
- Perform HVAC cooling and heating load calculations.
- Prepare HVAC layouts, duct routing, piping layouts, ventilation systems, and equipment layouts.
- Select HVAC equipment including AHUs, FCUs, Chillers, VRF Systems, Exhaust Fans, and Ventilation Units.
- Develop 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
- Prepare shop drawings, coordinated drawings, BOQs, equipment schedules, and technical documentation.
- Perform clash detection and coordinate with Civil, Structural, Architectural, Electrical, Plumbing, and Process disciplines.
- Review vendor drawings, technical submittals, and design documents.
- Ensure designs comply with ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, and applicable international standards.
- Support project execution and resolve engineering/design-related issues.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HVAC design and engineering principles.
- Proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
- Experience with HAP or similar HVAC load calculation software is preferred.
- Knowledge of ASHRAE, SMACNA, and NFPA standards.
- Good understanding of BIM workflows and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in HVAC Engineering or HVAC Design.
Preferred
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Industrial, or Building Services projects.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
