Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers through calls, field visits, referrals, campaigns, and networking.
- Plan and execute marketing activities such as customer visits, product promotions, campaigns, exhibitions, and local business meetings.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to customers.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and pricing details.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed customers.
- Coordinate product installation at customer locations.
- Support customers during product onboarding and initial usage.
- Travel to any customer location, branch, event, or project site as required by the company.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, demos, installations, and sales status.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as support, implementation, accounts, and management.

Role Summary
