- Calendar and Appointment Management: Proactively managing the MD's agenda, scheduling meetings, appointments, and conferences.
- Travel Arrangements: Organizing complex travel itineraries, including flights, visas, hotels, and transportation.
- Communication Management: Screening phone calls, handling correspondence, and acting as the first point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
- Administrative Support: Drafting, formatting, and proofreading documents, reports, presentations, and emails.
- Meeting Coordination: Preparing meeting agendas, attending meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Confidentiality: Managing sensitive business information with high discretion.
- Office Management: Maintaining files, records, and organizing office supplies.
