Job Summary
Tesra Training & Skill Development Centre is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Manager to drive student admissions, business development, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in sales and marketing, and the ability to achieve ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive student admissions and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline).
- Generate leads through field visits, seminars, and digital marketing.
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, and corporate organizations.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve business goals.
- Track sales performance and identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate marketing activities to improve brand visibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in digital marketing and lead generation is preferred.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
