Hiring: HR Recruiter
Location: Borivali West (Closest to Station)
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: 2 Alternate Saturdays
Note: This is not a consultancy role. We are hiring an HR Recruiter for our own company, offering excellent hands-on exposure in recruitment along with opportunities to learn operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling end-to-end recruitment process
- Sourcing candidates through job portals & social media
- Screening resumes and conducting telephonic interviews
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates
- Maintaining candidate database and follow-ups
Requirements:
- 6 Months experience Mandatory
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment process
