About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Head – B2B Business to lead and scale our B2B operations across modern trade and marketplace channels. The role will be responsible for driving business growth, owning the B2B P&L, managing key account relationships, leading a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs), and building strong partnerships with brands, vendors, and B2B platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end B2B P&L, revenue growth, margins, and profitability.
Drive primary & secondary sales across B2B channels.
Manage key B2B platforms such as RetailEz, Flipkart B2B, Myntra, and other marketplaces.
Lead, mentor, and drive performance of the Key Account Management (KAM) team.
Build and manage strategic relationships with brand partners, distributors, vendors, and platform stakeholders.
Oversee order management, inventory planning, fulfilment, logistics, and operational excellence.
Develop business plans, pricing strategies, trade schemes, and demand forecasts.
Monitor business performance through MIS, Advanced Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and data-driven insights.
Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Operations to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
MBA/PGDM in Business, Sales, Marketing, or Supply Chain (preferred).
12–18 years of experience with at least 5 years in a B2B leadership role.
Proven experience managing B2B e-commerce/marketplace platforms, P&L, and trade channels.
Strong expertise in Key Account Management, Vendor Management, Distribution, Trade Marketing, Inventory Planning, Commercial Negotiation, and Business Analytics.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and strategic planning skills.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
