About the Role
This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to build a career in operations.
As a Jr. Inventory Operations Executive, you will support daily warehouse and inventory coordination activities, maintain accurate stock records, follow up with suppliers, and ensure smooth internal communication. This is a hands-on learning opportunity where you will gain strong exposure to operational processes and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Goods Receiving & System Entry – Record and update all incoming goods in the system accurately and in a timely manner. Ensure all supporting documents (GRN, invoices, delivery notes, etc.) are properly maintained.
- Delivery Coordination – Track expected deliveries and update internal teams regarding arrival timelines. Follow up where required.
- Supplier Follow-ups – Coordinate with suppliers regarding dispatch timelines, delays, shortages, or discrepancies.
- Inventory Record Maintenance – Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory sheets/systems regularly to reflect correct stock positions.
- Discrepancy Tracking – Maintain logs of shortages, damages, or delivery-related issues and assist in resolving them.
- Internal Coordination – Work closely with warehouse and procurement teams to ensure smooth stock flow and quick resolution of stock-related queries.
- Stock Audit Support – Assist during stock audits and inventory reconciliation exercises.
- Reporting & Documentation – Maintain organized operational records and prepare basic reports for review.
Who You Are
- A graduate in BMS or B. Com (Commerce)
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Comfortable working with MS Excel and basic documentation
- Good communication skills for internal and supplier coordination
- Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn
- Looking to build a career in operations and inventory management
