Core Responsibilities :-
- Team Leadership: Assign daily tasks, track worker performance, and train new staff.
- Workflow Management: Plan shift schedules, monitor output, and fix workflow delays.
- Quality Assurance: Check products against standards and stop lines when defects happen.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce health rules, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and proper equipment use.
- Equipment Upkeep: Spot machinery issues and call maintenance teams for repairs.
- Data and Reporting: Track production numbers and report shift results to plant managers.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
