Interior Designer – Property Management & Interiors
Location: Goa
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our property management and interior design team in Goa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop interior design concepts for residential and commercial properties.
- Prepare space planning, furniture layouts, material selections, and design presentations.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Visit project sites and supervise interior execution.
- Prepare and review drawings, BOQs, material specifications, and quotations.
- Coordinate procurement of furniture, fixtures, finishes, and other interior materials.
- Ensure projects are completed according to approved designs, quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
- Support property management requirements related to renovation, maintenance, refurbishment, and upgrades.
- Source and coordinate with local vendors and contractors in Goa.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience in interior design and site execution is preferred.
- Good knowledge of materials, furniture, finishes, and interior construction.
- Ability to prepare drawings and presentations using relevant design software.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Goa.
- Freshers with strong design skills may also be considered.
