*Core Requirements*
*Experience*: 5 to 10+ years in MEP execution with at least 2–3 years specifically handling large-scale commercial, high-rise, or luxury hospitality (hotel)n projects.
*Technical Knowledge:* Proficiency in HVAC (Chillers, VRV/VRF), Electrical (HT/LT panels, generators, UPS), ELV (CCTV, access control, Fire Alarm), and Plumbing/Firefighting systems.
*Software Skills:* Hands-on experience with AutoCAD and basic knowledge of BIM/Revit.
*Key Responsibilities*
*Site Execution:* Supervise daily installation activities of MEP contractors to ensure compliance with 5-star design specifications and DBR (Design Basis Report).
*Coordination:* Act as the primary liaison between civil teams, interior designers, and MEP consultants to resolve on-site clashes (especially false ceiling and shaft alignments).
*Quality & Safety*: Conduct QA/QC inspections to test and commission MEP equipment, ensuring they meet rigorous hospitality standards, local building codes, and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) regulations.
Pay: ₹22,148.11 - ₹78,608.21 per month
