Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused interns/apprentices to join our Customer Support team. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via chat, calls, and emails professionally and promptly
- Handle large volumes of customer interactions while maintaining quality standards
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions
- Maintain strong product and process knowledge across support channels
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and ticket closure
- Maintain turnaround times and service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Deliver a positive customer experience and maintain high customer satisfaction scores
- Document customer interactions accurately
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory)
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts (mandatory)
- Strong customer orientation and problem-solving ability
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Calm, patient, and professional approach while handling customers
- Comfortable with calls, chats, and email support

Internship Details
- Internship Duration: 6 months
- Shift Type: Rotational shifts
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM and 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM shifts are work-from-office
- 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM shifts are work-from-home
- Candidates should be comfortable working across rotational schedules based on business requirements
