About the Role
Turbo Tech Engineers is looking for a detail-oriented Inventory & Order Management Executive to manage stock records and coordinate customer orders. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory information and ensuring orders are properly tracked from confirmation through dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of stock received, issued, and available.
- Update inventory records regularly using MS Excel or inventory software.
- Track customer orders and update their status from order confirmation to dispatch.
- Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure orders are processed on time.
- Check product part numbers, descriptions, and quantities before dispatch.
- Monitor pending orders and follow up with the concerned team.
- Maintain records of dispatched and delivered orders.
- Prepare basic inventory and order status reports.
- Conduct regular stock checks and report any differences between physical stock and records.
- Maintain proper documentation for inventory and orders.
- Support the team with day-to-day inventory and order-related activities.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in inventory management, order management, warehouse operations, or a similar role.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and follow up on pending tasks.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Experience with ERP or inventory management software will be an advantage.
- Experience in automotive spare parts or machinery parts is preferred but not mandatory.
