We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced Senior Tender Executive to manage end-to-end tendering processes, ensuring timely submission, compliance, and strategic participation in government and private tenders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Tender Identification & Evaluation
- Monitor relevant portals (GeM, eProcurement, CPPP, state portals, private portals) for new opportunities
- Evaluate tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and commercial viability
- Coordinate internally to decide bid/no-bid strategy
2. End-to-End Tender Management
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids
- Ensure all documentation (legal, financial, technical) is complete and compliant
- Manage EMD, tender fees, and bank guarantees
3. Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain updated repository of company documents (certifications, financials, registrations)
- Ensure strict adherence to tender terms, formats, and deadlines
- Handle clarifications, corrigendums, and pre-bid queries
4. Coordination & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with sales, finance, legal, and operations teams
- Liaise with clients, government authorities, and consultants where required
- Manage vendor registrations and empanelments
5. Post-Tender Follow-up
- Track bid status, results, and award notifications
- Handle negotiations, LOIs, and contract finalization
- Maintain database of submitted tenders and outcomes
6. Process Improvement & Strategy
- Analyse win/loss trends and suggest improvements
- Develop standard templates and streamline tender processes
- Support management with MIS reports and pipeline visibility
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of tendering procedures (Government & Private)
- Excellent documentation and attention to detail
- Commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and tender portals
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering / Commerce / Business preferred)
- 3–8 years of experience in tendering/bidding roles
- Experience in industries like healthcare equipment, infrastructure, manufacturing, or EPC is a plus

- ₹3.60 LPA – ₹6 LPA (depending on experience and industry)
