- Identify new business opportunities in MEP consulting and contracting projects
- Develop relationships with architects, builders, contractors, consultants, and clients
- Generate leads through site visits, networking, references, and online platforms
- Attend client meetings and present company services
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and company presentations
- Coordinate with the design and execution team for project requirements
- Follow up with clients for approvals and project closures
- Maintain customer database and project pipeline
- Achieve monthly and yearly business targets
- Represent the company in exhibitions, networking events, and business meetings
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
