Shall be responsible for monthly and weekly production plan compliance
Shall be responsible for work order verification and preparation
Manpower deployment
Monitoring of production efficiency
Upkeep of production shop floor i.e. 5S
Ensuring all quality systems are implemented on shop floor in totality
Shall be supporting for Training and skill development for production shop floor associates and
organizing training sessions for them.
Skill level assessment and bringing it to desired level
Ensuring that production is cost effective with minimum wastage
Ensuring that products are produced in a timely manner and are produced within the quality
guidelines
Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed on the shop floor
Can understand receiving configurations of container stuffing.
