Job Summary
Ecoste is hiring a result-driven Business Development Manager (Project Sales) for its Noida location. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the Group Housing Builders (GHB) / Construction segment, with a strong network in the local real estate market. This role focuses on driving project sales, building builder relationships, and achieving revenue targets through field sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets, order booking & collections
- Generate leads through site visits, builder meetings, and local networking
- Build a strong pipeline of ongoing & upcoming projects in Noida & nearby regions
- Develop relationships with builders, architects, consultants, and contractors
- Ensure product approvals and specifications in projects
- Track local market trends, competitor activity, and project opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and delivery
- Maintain strong follow-ups and ensure high customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years of experience in Project Sales / B2B Sales (Construction / Building Materials preferred)
- Strong network with builders & developers in Noida / NCR
- Good understanding of project sales cycle & approvals
- Excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills
- Highly target-driven and self-motivated
- Willingness to travel locally for field sales and client meetings
Salary Structure
- 2 Years Experience: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000/month
- 3–4 Years Experience: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000/month
- 5+ Years Experience: ₹45,000 – ₹50,000/month
(Salary depends on experience and performance)
