Job Title: Sales & Service Engineer / Manager

Job Summary
The Sales & Service Engineer / Manager will be responsible for handling end-to-end sales, operations, client coordination, and payment follow-ups for sludge dewatering vehicle projects. The role ensures smooth execution of projects, efficient service delivery, and timely revenue collection.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Generate leads through municipal corporations, government tenders, and project opportunities
- Identify new business opportunities and expand client base
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations
- Negotiate and close sales orders
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Act as a single point of contact for client communication
- Ensure high client satisfaction and timely issue resolution
Operations & Project Execution
- Ensure smooth deployment and daily operations of sludge dewatering vehicles
- Monitor project performance and ensure compliance with contract terms
- Manage Operations & Maintenance (O&M) activities
Service & Maintenance
- Handle service issues, breakdowns, and ensure minimum downtime
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules
- Coordinate with technical teams for quick issue resolution
Billing & Payment Follow-up
- Coordinate with accounts team for preparation and submission of monthly bills with required documents
- Follow up with clients for timely payments
- Resolve billing discrepancies and payment-related issues
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports and log sheets
- Ensure proper documentation of operations and services
- Coordinate with internal teams (accounts, operations, technical) for smooth workflow
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 2–6 years of experience in sales, service, or operations (preferably in wastewater / municipal projects)
- Experience in handling tenders and government projects is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
