Hiring: Recovery Manager – Fintech / NBFC Industry
We are looking for a result-oriented and experienced Recovery Manager to manage overdue accounts and ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and team-handling skills with prior experience in collections and recovery processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor overdue customer accounts for timely recovery
- Contact customers and follow up on pending repayments
- Negotiate repayment plans and settlement options as per company policies
- Ensure achievement of monthly collection and recovery targets
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions
- Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and account resolutions
- Monitor portfolio performance and reduce delinquency rates
- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and fair collection practices
- Handle customer queries and grievances professionally during recovery communication
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Debt Recovery / Collections
- Prior experience in Payday Loan / Personal Loan / NBFC / Fintech collections preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
- Good understanding of collection processes and recovery lifecycle
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and dialer systems
- Graduate in any discipline preferred
