Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced MEP Manager with strong expertise in MEP design coordination, AutoCAD drafting, project execution, and end-to-end consulting services. The candidate will be responsible for managing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing activities from concept design through project completion, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage MEP design, drafting, and execution activities for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
- Prepare, review, and approve MEP drawings using AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, clients, and project teams for design integration.
- Provide end-to-end MEP consulting services, including design review, BOQ preparation, estimation, tender support, and project execution.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client specifications.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues related to MEP systems.
- Manage project schedules, resource planning, and vendor coordination.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and cost control.
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 8–15 years of experience in MEP design, drafting, consulting, and project execution.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and MEP drafting.
- Experience in handling end-to-end MEP consulting projects.
- Knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems.
- Familiarity with relevant building codes and standards.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and team management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or EPC projects.
- Exposure to BIM/Revit coordination is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities.
