Role Overview
The HR Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across various roles while ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. The role involves managing candidate pipelines, scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining recruitment records.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels
- Screen profiles and conduct initial candidate assessments
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and hiring reports
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and timelines
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding
Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication
Language Requirements
- Fluent communication in Telugu (Mandatory)
- Fluency in any two of the following languages: English, Kannada, Hindi
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
