Key Responsibilities 1. Bid Management & Coordination - • Manage the end-to-end bid process, ensuring timely completion of all deliverables. • Review RFP/RFQ/RFI documents and identify key requirements, scope, and compliance needs. • Develop bid plans, timelines, and responsibility matrices (RACI). • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, commercial, legal, PMO, procurement) for inputs. 2. Solution & Proposal Development - • Work closely with solution architects to develop holistic, competitive, and technically sound system integration solutions (IT infrastructure, networking, surveillance, cybersecurity, ELV systems, etc.). • Ensure proposals are compliant with client specifications and standards. • Prepare executive summaries, bid write-ups, solution descriptions, and value propositions. 3. Pricing & Commercials - • Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to prepare accurate BOMs, cost sheets, and pricing models. • Analyse competitor pricing and market trends to ensure competitive positioning. • Review commercial terms, contractual conditions, and risk factors. 4. Documentation & Quality Control - • Lead the preparation of all proposal documents (technical, commercial, project plans, certifications, compliance sheets). • Ensure high-quality formatting, clarity, and consistency of the final submission. • Maintain a repository of templates, case studies, and reusable content. 5. Stakeholder & Client Engagement - • Interact with clients for bid clarification meetings, pre-bid discussions, and presentations. • Coordinate internal review meetings and approval processes. • Manage communication with OEMs, partners, and subcontractors for joint bid submissions. 6. Post-Submission Activities - • Support negotiation phases and provide documentation or presentations as required. • Conduct post-bid analysis and maintain bid performance metrics. • Capture lessons learned to improve future proposals.
Qualifications & Experience - • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (EC/IT/Computer/EE) or related field; MBA is an advantage. • 5–7 years of experience in bid/proposal management within a System Integration, IT, or Telecom industry. • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, ELV systems, data centers, security solutions, and integration technologies. • Experience handling government, enterprise, or large SI tenders.
