- Customer Service: Greet shoppers warmly, answer questions, and give honest product advice.
- Sales Support: Promote special deals, upsell items, and meet daily or monthly sales targets.
- Transactions: Operate the point-of-sale (POS) machine, handle cash or card payments, and process returns.
- Store Maintenance: Restock shelves, clean the sales floor, and arrange attractive window or rack displays
- Clear speaking skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Math Skills: Basic arithmetic to give correct change and handle basic totals.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for long shifts inside a busy mall.
- Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); prior retail
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
