Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Virtual Assistant to support HR administration, Amazon shipment coordination, and general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be proactive, able to multitask, and possess excellent communication and organisational skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR Support
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with recruitment by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Track attendance, leave records, and other HR-related data.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential information.
- Support employee engagement and internal communications.
Amazon Shipment Management
- Create and manage shipment plans in Amazon Seller Central.
- Coordinate shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders, and warehouses.
- Monitor shipment status and resolve shipment-related issues.
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation.
- Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon FBA requirements and shipping guidelines.
Administrative & Additional Tasks
- Manage emails, calendars, and meeting schedules.
- Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain digital records and organize documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
- Conduct internet research and compile information as required.
- Assist with data entry and process documentation.
- Handle other administrative or operational tasks assigned by management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, HR Assistant, or Operations Assistant.
- Knowledge of HR administrative processes.
- Experience using Amazon Seller Central (preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Amazon FBA shipment management.
- Familiarity with HR software or applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Experience working with remote teams.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and logistics.

Working Hours: As assigned by the company (full-time UK time zone).
Reporting To: Operations Manager
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
