Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and work arrangement)

Job Overview
We are looking for a creative, analytical, and growth-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital campaigns, lead generation, social media marketing, and performance tracking.
This role is ideal for candidates who understand how to turn content, campaigns, and customer insights into measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
- Manage social media channels and improve online brand presence
- Run lead generation and customer acquisition campaigns
- Execute paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms
- Monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights
- Create and manage content calendars and promotional activities
- Coordinate with design, sales, and business teams for campaign execution
- Improve website traffic, engagement, and conversion performance
- Manage email marketing and customer engagement campaigns
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Prepare reports and track KPIs including leads, conversions, and ROI
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing fundamentals
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, and Performance Marketing
- Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and reporting tools
- Understanding of lead generation and conversion strategies
- Basic knowledge of content marketing and branding
- Good communication and project coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate / Post Graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Certification in Digital Marketing is an advantage
- Experience with Canva, WordPress, CRM tools, or automation platforms preferred
