Hemens Business Solutions is hiring a Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end hiring for IT, sales, customer support, operations, and business roles.
The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening profiles, conducting initial HR calls, scheduling interviews, following up with candidates, and supporting the joining process.
This role is suitable for someone who is confident in communication, good at follow-ups, and able to manage multiple hiring requirements at the same time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other hiring channels.
- Screen resumes as per job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Evaluate candidates based on communication, experience, salary expectation, notice period, and job fit.
- Schedule interviews with internal teams and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain recruitment tracker and daily hiring updates.
- Coordinate with candidates from interview to joining.
- Share offer details and ensure smooth joining formalities.
- Follow up with selected candidates to reduce dropouts.
- Work on IT and non-IT hiring requirements.
- Maintain candidate database for future hiring.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills.
- Strong calling and follow-up ability.
- Basic understanding of recruitment process.
- Good knowledge of job portals and LinkedIn sourcing preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple openings at the same time.
- Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Confident, disciplined, and target-oriented.
- Basic English communication required.
Preferred Experience:
- 0 to 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR calling, consultancy hiring, or staffing.
- Experience in IT and non-IT hiring will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and willingness to learn can apply.
