Livora Crafts is a growing export company specializing in handcrafted home décor, wooden products, tableware, and lifestyle collections for international markets including the USA, Europe, and Australia.
We are looking for a proactive and ambitious professional who can manage buyer communication, merchandising activities, vendor coordination, and support business growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a young company and gain direct exposure to international business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle communication with international buyers and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate product development, sampling, costing, and quotations.
- Follow up with vendors and manufacturers regarding production and delivery schedules.
- Manage orders from sampling stage to shipment.
- Coordinate with suppliers, factories, and logistics partners.
- Maintain buyer records, product details, and documentation.
- Ensure timely execution of orders and quality standards.
- Support business development activities and contribute to expanding the company's buyer network.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1–5 years of experience in Export Merchandising, Export Sales, International Business Development, or Export Operations.
- Experience in Home Décor, Handicrafts, Wooden Products, Furniture, Giftware, Lifestyle Products, or related industries preferred.
- Good communication and relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of export documentation and shipment processes.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and willing to take ownership of work.
