Customer Support Executive

Job Description:
IMAGICAHEALTH is hiring a Customer Support Executive to manage client communication, provide support assistance, and coordinate with internal teams. We are looking for candidates with good communication and coordination skills who can handle client queries efficiently and maintain smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
- Handle client communication via calls, emails, and Zoom meetings
- Provide basic technical/software support to clients
- Prepare and maintain reports in Excel
- Coordinate with internal teams for updates and follow-ups
- Maintain records in CRM/tracking systems
- Support onboarding and day-to-day client assistance
- Resolve client concerns and ensure proper follow-up
Requirements:
✔ 1+ year of experience preferred (Freshers can also apply)
✔ Good communication skills in English & Hindi
✔ Strong knowledge of Excel & MS Office
✔ Good coordination and multitasking skills
✔ Experience in Customer Support, Helpdesk, BPO, or Office Coordination is a plus
✔ CRM or ChatGPT knowledge will be an added advantage
✔ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
