Job Description: Looking for a Field Sales Executive responsible for expanding our travel agent network, connecting with small travel agencies, and generating B2B business for our Kashmir DMC services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit and connect with small travel agents and travel agencies.
- Promote company’s Kashmir DMC packages and services.
- Build strong relationships with travel partners
- . Generate B2B leads and onboard new travel agents.
- Share rates, offers, packages, and destination updates with agents.
- Collect market feedback and competitor information
- . Conduct regular follow-ups with agents for business generation.
- Maintain daily visit reports and sales updates.
- Achieve monthly business development targets.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of travel agency market preferred.
Kashmir destination knowledge will be an advantage.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Good networking and relationship-building ability.
Field sales approach and willingness to travel locally.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
