Role Overview:
Seeking an experienced SRE Lead with strong expertise in observability, monitoring tools, and reliability engineering across Azure environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply SRE principles (SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, error budgets, incident management)
- Improve system reliability and reduce MTTR with L2/L3 teams
- Act as SME for Splunk & Dynatrace (APM, RUM, synthetic monitoring)
- Design dashboards, alerts, and log monitoring strategies
- Implement observability solutions in Azure (App Services, AKS, Functions)
- Develop automation scripts (Python / PowerShell / Bash)
- Integrate monitoring tools with ServiceNow, Jira
- Conduct training and advisory sessions
Required Skills:
- 5+ years in SRE / DevOps / Observability
- Strong knowledge of SRE practices and incident management
- Hands-on with Splunk (SPL, dashboards, alerts)
- Expertise in Dynatrace monitoring tools
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure
- Scripting skills (Python / PowerShell / Bash)
- Strong analytical & stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in retail/eCommerce domain
- Knowledge of microservices & distributed systems
- Experience with AKS, Docker, containers
- Exposure to Prometheus, Grafana, ELK
- Relevant certifications (Splunk, Dynatrace, Azure)
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
