Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to handle all online revenue channels for Shilp Wellness, including website bookings, OTAs, digital marketing performance, and distribution strategy. The role focuses on increasing direct bookings, managing OTA performance, and strengthening our luxury brand presence online.
Key Responsibilities: Manage all OTA platforms (Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Agoda, Airbnb, etc.)
Rate parity, inventory, promotions & commission optimization
Drive direct bookings through website & campaigns
Handle Google Ads, Meta Ads & remarketing performance
Monitor revenue, ADR, RevPAR, conversion & competition pricing Optimize website content, packages & offers
Coordinate with Revenue, Reservations & Marketing teams Manage channel manager, booking engine & CRM tools Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports Required Skills: Strong knowledge of OTA extranets & channel managers Experience in hospitality digital marketing Revenue & yield management understanding Analytics & reporting skills Luxury brand positioning & content sense Preferred Background: Hotel / Resort / Spa / Villa / Boutique Hospitality Prior role as OTA Manager, Revenue Executive, E-Commerce Executive, Distribution Manager Salary: As per experience (Competitive hospitality package) How to Apply: Send CV to: reservations@shilpwellness.
