About the Role
An emerging premium Private Household Concierge company is building a select team of professionals to provide highly personalised household and lifestyle support to a limited portfolio of discerning clients in Hyderabad.
We are looking for polished, mature and highly organised individuals who take pride in exceptional service, discretion and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day household and client requirements.
- Coordinate vendors, maintenance, deliveries and service providers.
- Conduct scheduled residential visits and household checks.
- Assist with home organisation, errands and procurement.
- Coordinate pet care, appointments and lifestyle requirements.
- Support travel preparation and time-sensitive requests. Handle unexpected requirements with professionalism and initiative.
- Maintain complete confidentiality and discretion.
Requirements
- Women, preferably 30–35 years.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- 3+ years' experience in premium hospitality, executive/personal assistance, luxury retail, client servicing or a related field.
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Polished communication and professional presentation.
- Resourceful, proactive and composed under pressure.
- High integrity, discretion and reliability.
- Comfortable travelling across Hyderabad for client requirements.
- Driving licence is an advantage.
