Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive property sales, and achieve business growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in real estate sales, and a proven track record of meeting revenue targets while building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize property sales and revenue.
- Generate and manage leads through various channels, including referrals, digital marketing campaigns, and channel partners.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, site visits, and sales negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, investors, brokers, and channel partners.
- Monitor sales pipelines and ensure timely follow-up on all leads and inquiries.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market intelligence reports for management.
- Collaborate with marketing, legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth sales transactions and customer onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, real estate regulations, and documentation requirements.
- Train, coach, and mentor sales executives to improve performance and productivity.
- Participate in property exhibitions, events, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and generate business.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
