- Handle cash transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers accurately.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent service.
- Promote banking products such as savings accounts, loans, insurance, credit cards, and investment plans.
- Process customer requests and resolve banking-related queries efficiently.
- Verify customer documents and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
- Monitor and prevent fraudulent transactions while maintaining data confidentiality.
- Support branch operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Coordinate with team members to achieve branch sales and service targets.
- Ensure a professional appearance and provide a positive customer experience at all times.
