Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within the Electric Vehicle (EV) industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, employee lifecycle processes, operations, employee engagement activities, and statutory compliance while supporting the organization's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and networking.
- Conduct initial screening, coordinate interviews, and facilitate candidate onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of open positions.
HR Operations
- Handle employee onboarding and induction processes.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Prepare HR-related letters, including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience letters.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement activities and wellness initiatives.
- Support performance management and employee feedback processes.
- Address employee queries and assist in grievance handling.
Compliance & Administration
- Ensure adherence to company policies and HR procedures.
- Assist in statutory compliance related to labor laws, PF, ESIC, and other applicable regulations.
- Support payroll inputs and coordinate with the finance team for salary processing.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of technical recruitment and HR operations.
- Experience in handling technical hiring, preferably in the EV industry.
- Good understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Mandatory Requirements
- 2–3 years of HR experience.
- Prior experience in the Electric Vehicle (EV) industry is mandatory.
- Experience in hiring technical roles such as EV Trainers, Service Engineers, EV Technicians, Battery Engineers, or related positions will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
