KRA for Commercial Manager – Sales Coordinator & MIS Reporting
Coordinate with sales teams for order processing, dispatch, and customer requirements
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports
Analyze sales trends, targets, and achievements
Monitor order status from receipt to delivery
Maintain quotations, purchase orders, invoices, contracts, and customer records.
Coordinate with customers and internal departments for issue resolution
Ensure accurate billing and commercial compliance
Maintain master data for customers, pricing, and products
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics to ensure timely dispatch
Prepare dashboards for management reviews
Ensure adherence to company SOPs, audit requirements, and policies
Coordinate with finance, logistics, production, and sales teams
Improve reporting through automation and standardization.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
