We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Pediatric Speech Therapist for a 3-year-old child with speech and language delay.
The ideal candidate must have extensive experience working with toddlers and young children with speech delays, language delays, communication difficulties, and developmental challenges. We are looking for a therapist who can independently assess, plan, and deliver effective therapy programs while providing continuous guidance to parents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive speech and language assessment
- Development of individualized therapy plans
- One-on-one therapy sessions
- Parent coaching and home program guidance
- Regular progress monitoring and reporting
- Early intervention strategies for speech and language development
Essential Requirements:
✔ BASLP / MASLP Degree (Mandatory)
✔ Minimum 3–5 years of pediatric speech therapy experience
✔ Proven experience with children aged 2–5 years
✔ Experience handling speech delay, language delay, and communication disorders
✔ Excellent communication and parent counselling skills
✔ Patient, compassionate, and child-friendly personality
Preferred:
✔ Experience in early intervention programs
✔ Experience working with developmental delays and autism spectrum children
✔ Home visit availability preferred
