Role description
Tasks/Activities to be performed in the OHEP
o Monitor end-to-end data pipelines, job executions across python, EPM Cloud, EPM Automate to ensure seamless data flow.
o Proactively track data load status (Success / Failed / Running / Delayed), ensure proper communication and resolution for failures or performance bottlenecks.
o Perform required maintenance activities within the established time frames across EPM Cloud, its related processes, LINUX servers, databases and file shares.
o Manage and implement change requests within EPM Cloud (EPBCS / TRCS) applications, ensuring comprehensive documentation.
o Assist with ad-hoc request from Clients
o Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring failures and critical incidents
o Support various Upgrade Activities in the system and perform required tests post upgrade.
o Ensure timely ticket assignment, prioritization and end-to-end ownership tracking
o Adhere to Incident SLA timelines for response and resolution
o Coordinate with Oracle, SAP BW and Infrastructure teams for analysis and resolution of cross platform issues if required
o Provide regular updates to stakeholders and end users
o Ensure proper communication, validation and documentation before ticket closure
o Maintain documentation of issues, fixes, and known error patterns
o Adherence to KPI as per the definition from BGSW and follow the process as per BGSW Guidelines
