Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented ISO Management Representative (MR) to oversee and maintain our Integrated Management System (IMS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with ISO standards, coordinating audits, maintaining documentation, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and promoting a culture of quality across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and continuously improve the organization's ISO Management System.
* Ensure compliance with applicable ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or other relevant standards).
* Plan, conduct, and coordinate internal audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
* Coordinate external certification and surveillance audits with certification bodies.
* Prepare and maintain all ISO documentation, including manuals, procedures, work instructions, formats, and records.
* Monitor compliance with documented processes across all departments.
* Organize Management Review Meetings (MRM) and prepare agendas, minutes, and action trackers.
* Conduct root cause analysis (RCA), implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and monitor effectiveness.
* Track quality objectives, KPIs, and process performance.
* Coordinate risk assessment and opportunity management activities.
* Conduct employee awareness and ISO training programs.
* Support departments in implementing quality improvement initiatives.
* Ensure document control and record retention as per ISO requirements.
* Liaise with customers, auditors, and certification agencies regarding quality system requirements.
* Stay updated with revisions to ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
* ISO Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor certification will be preferred.
* Additional certifications in Quality Management will be an advantage.
Experience
Minimum 3-6 years of experience as an ISO Management Representative, Quality Manager, or IMS Coordinator in a manufacturing industry.
Hands-on experience in handling complete ISO documentation, implementation, maintenance, and audits.
Experience working with certification bodies and customer audits.
Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements.
* Excellent documentation and record management skills.
* Experience in conducting internal audits and preparing audit reports.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Knowledge of CAPA, RCA, FMEA, Risk Assessment, and Continuous Improvement tools.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good leadership, coordination, and team management skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
