Inside Sales Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Executive to work in the permanent staffing business to manage candidate engagement and drive revenue by adding candidates . The role involves connecting with candidates from various sources, explaining our services, onboarding them, and generating business through candidate enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
* Connect with the candidates through calls, emails, and professional networks.
* Explain company services, placement process, enrollment fees and value proposition clearly to candidates.
* Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure smooth onboarding.
* Collect payments/fees from candidates as per company policies and ensure timely processing.
* Track candidates’ status and follow up until successful joining.
* Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, payments, and revenue generation.
* Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in any field
* Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
* Ability to build trust and rapport with candidates.
* Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office, excel, Chat GPT, Email.
* Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented mindset.
Preferred Attributes/Good to have
* Prior experience in sales (preferred).
* Understanding of recruitment and placement lifecycle.
* Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
